Our state of the art Ear Bus was a joint local project.
Follow the journey from start to finish. Officially donated in 2016 by Terry and Kathy Green when they owned a local Dubbo car yard. The fit out of the hearing testing booth and office space in the back of the bus started just before Christmas 2016 and was Alloy Welding provided free labour by Dubbo's Alloy Welding.
t was finished and presented to our community on 7th April 2017.
Its first hearing test was 15th May 2017.
Alloy Welding have been the project managers for the fit out of the bus. Scott Wilkin has handled the job with ease and very professionally. The expert builder was Gary Nichols. They did not charge labour for this.

After the Christmas 2016 holidays things really moved quickly with the building.
The team at Alloy Welding are experts at just about everything.
No job was too big or small for them and the attention to detail is amazing with their designs.
Alloy Welding have continued to support us as things have popped up over the years since.

Next on the list was sign writing.
Ray Tobin and his team worked with the HoH committee to get designs going. We had photo shoots with the puppets and designing sessions with Ray and the finished project is, in Ray's words,
"it looks a million dollars!"
Since then Ray has continued to support us when new signs have needed to be added.
